Custom internal software, Melbourne

Sometimes the right answer isn't a subscription. It's a small piece of software that does the one thing your business needs, and nothing else.

What this covers

  • A CRM that matches how you actually track customers, not how a product designer assumed you would.
  • Job tracking that carries work through its stages, so nothing depends on someone remembering.
  • Quoting and invoicing generated from the work already recorded.
  • Document handling — reading what comes in and drafting the paperwork that follows.
  • Review and follow-up agents that handle the asking so nobody has to remember to.
  • Internal dashboards over the data the business already produces.

If this sounds familiar, it's the right conversation

  • You've trialled three products and each one almost fits.
  • Everyone has their own spreadsheet and the versions disagree.
  • The process works because one person is holding it together.
  • You're paying for a subscription and using a tenth of it.
  • The software dictates your process instead of following it.
  • You need something small and specific, not a platform.

How it works

  1. 01

    Workflow call

You walk me through how the work moves today, including the parts that live in someone's head.

  2. 02

    Proposal

A written scope — what gets built, what it replaces, what it costs.

  3. 03

    Build & handover

Built against your real data and your real documents. You can use it while it's being built. First month of support is included.

  4. 04

    Ongoing, if you want it

After that, changes and improvements run monthly. Optional, and the software is yours either way.

Common questions

Who owns it when it's finished?
You do. It's built for your business and handed to you.
How is this different from buying an off-the-shelf CRM?
A product is built for the average of every business that buys it. This is built for yours. That matters most when your process is the thing that makes you good at what you do.
Can it work with the software I already use?
Usually yes, and that's normally the better first move. I'd rather connect what you have than have you migrate everything.
What happens after handover?
The first month of support is included, so anything that needs adjusting once it's in real use gets sorted. After that, ongoing support and changes run on a monthly basis if you want them — optional, and you can stop whenever you like. Plenty of businesses take it for the first stretch and then taper off once the system has settled.
